Each Service Provider conducts their business differently and may collect payment for their goods/services in one of two ways:
1. Parent/Guardian pays for goods/services at time of service. This type of purchase can be reimbursed with OH ACE account funds directly to the parent/guardian via claim submission with an attached receipt in the OH ACE app as long as the parent/guardian has connected their bank account to the app.
2. Service Provider issues an invoice to the parent/guardian for goods/services. This invoice can be paid directly to the Service Provider using OH ACE account funds by submitting a claim with the attached invoice in the OH ACE app, as long as the Service Provider has set up their account to receive those funds.
Please check with each Service Provider ahead of a purchasing decision to ensure you are aware of their policy regarding payment at time of service or invoicing.

The services which I provide are done in person or virtually. Before I begin a tutoring session, I schedule a free virtual meet and greet with the parents and students. In the first session, I give a reading and math assessment to all of my clients. Parents are able to bring any correspondence from the student's school. Students get academic individualized tutoring based on specific academic deficits and increase processing speeds, retention, recall, and strategies. I provide students with one on one academic tutoring sessions in reading, math, and writing, which enhance the development of underlying processing abilities that are foundational to the capacity to concentrate and learn. I offer academic lessons and activities that enhance students' reading, writing, and math abilities. My students and families have the opportunity to gain academic support in curriculum strategies for student academics, as well as one on one reading intervention, math intervention, writing, and increase fluency, reading comprehension, and vocabulary. By offering these services to students with deficits I am able to meet the student's individualized education plans as designed by the State of Ohio Department of Education. This ensures the students are receiving the academic skills needed to be successful in an academic environment and society.
