Since 1912, The Music Settlement has connected people from all ages and backgrounds to celebrate and share experiences through the universal language of music. Our mission is to welcome all to our music and arts community to learn, create, inspire and heal. Our programs are delivered by exceptional faculty in an environment that nurtures individual achievement and creativity, allowing students and clients to reach their full potential while developing a lifelong love of the arts. Programs eligible for funding through Ohio ACE include private music lessons, group music classes, ensembles, and summer camps offered by our Center for Music and our Center for Early Childhood. Programs are available at our locations in University Circle and Ohio City, as well as virtual music lessons. We ensure music and the arts are accessible to all through our generous financial assistance program and year-round enrollment at our historic east side campus in University Circle and our new west side campus in Ohio City. Each Service Provider conducts their business differently and may collect payment for their goods/services in one of two ways:

1. Parent/Guardian pays for goods/services at time of service. This type of purchase can be reimbursed with OH ACE account funds directly to the parent/guardian via claim submission with an attached receipt in the OH ACE app as long as the parent/guardian has connected their bank account to the app.

2. Service Provider issues an invoice to the parent/guardian for goods/services. This invoice can be paid directly to the Service Provider using OH ACE account funds by submitting a claim with the attached invoice in the OH ACE app, as long as the Service Provider has set up their account to receive those funds.
