The Learning Café (TLC) is a homeschool enrichment community located in the heart of Chardon, Ohio. We provide a unique learning experience for children and adolescents that allows families freedom, flexibility, and choice when it comes to learning. Students can choose to take one or two classes a week or fill up their week with a full-time schedule. Our class sizes are small to allow for optimal learning, and families have the opportunity to design a learning experience that works best for them. At the heart of The Learning Café is community. Teens and pre-teens are longing for a place to call their own; a home away from home. TLC provides them with a safe environment where they can socialize, work, learn, and create. We also understand the importance of meaningful purposeful work, and we know the more choices we can give them, the better! We want them to be inspired by what they are learning and give them the opportunity to grow and thrive in the areas that they are passionate about. We want to offer them the world! Only approved educational items are reimbursable. Please visit this link for full details.
Homeschoolers may only purchase the following:

- Learning materials: consumables i.e. supplies which are consumed, destroyed, or expended by the student in the process of use
- Manipulatives: physical objects that are used as teaching tools to engage students in hands-on learning.
