We empower students to change their world. We help students develop the skills and knowledge they need for a bright future. We serve students from all backgrounds, all levels, and a variety of unique needs. Some of our students are above their current grade level and come for the extra challenge. Some are right on track and simply want to stay on top of their academics. Some students need extra support to get caught up. Your child’s success is the most important thing to us. We promise to work with you to address your child’s learning needs, throughout their time with us. Your child will receive a personalized curriculum that is based on their own needs. We do not limit our students based on their grade level, but create a plan based on their own academic ability. They will attend weekly 60-75 minute classes led by our passionate teachers to actively engage and introduce concepts and help build critical thinking skills. Your child is initially assessed to provide us with the best starting point for them and our weekly homework assignments and tests give ongoing feedback on their progress. Our comprehensive English program focuses on critical thinking, reading and writing skills, vocabulary, and standard English grammar. We emphasize the application of skills rather than rote memorization. With our math program, students don’t just master a foundation of mathematical concepts– they also apply them to real-world situations through a combination of classroom learning, supplemental homework, and weekly tests. No matter their level or learning ability, we help students develop the confidence to think critically about problem-solving and apply their learning to everyday life.

Each Service Provider conducts their business differently and may collect payment for their goods/services in one of two ways:

1. Parent/Guardian pays for goods/services at time of service. This type of purchase can be reimbursed with OH ACE account funds directly to the parent/guardian via claim submission with an attached receipt in the OH ACE app as long as the parent/guardian has connected their bank account to the app.

2. Service Provider issues an invoice to the parent/guardian for goods/services. This invoice can be paid directly to the Service Provider using OH ACE account funds by submitting a claim with the attached invoice in the OH ACE app, as long as the Service Provider has set up their account to receive those funds.

Please check with each Service Provider ahead of a purchasing decision to ensure you are aware of their policy regarding payment at time of service or invoicing.
